24/7 in the safety and comfort of your home or office. We offer world class
products, great customer service and pricing unmatched in the industry.
Samples for all of our products are delivered quickly, easily, and no cost to
you. Seeing flooring samples in a showroom is one thing, but having them
in hand to see the actual colour, texture and shade that they take on in
your space is really important before you buy. We wanted to make this as easy
as possible for you.
HOW DO I
ORDER SAMPLES?
You can
easily order samples by simply clicking the "Get Free Sample" button
under each flooring photo. Up to 5 samples can be added to your cart for free,
additional samples can be ordered at a small additional cost. The cost of these
additional samples will be discounted on orders placed within 30 days of
delivery of the samples to you. All our samples are delivered direct to your
door in a clean and timely manner.
HOW MUCH
DO SAMPLES COST?
We offer 5
free samples for each of your projects; the cost of shipping is also free
within the greater Toronto area. You can order additional samples at the cost
rate of each individual product. Orders for delivery outside the greater
Toronto area will be charged at a rate of $20 per order.
WHAT SIZES
DO SAMPLES COME IN?
Unless we
state otherwise in the tile's product description, you can expect to receive a
full-sized tile as a sample. However, due to the cost of mosaic tile samples we
reserve the right to provide smaller sample swatches. For tile formats that are
bigger than one foot in length or width, we reserve the right to cut the tile
into smaller sizes where it will not affect the decision process.
WHEN WILL
I RECEIVE MY SAMPLE(S)?
In most cases samples will arrive at your door in 2 business days.
