WHERE DOES THE FLOORING COME FROM?

We shop the world so you don't have to. We source all our products from only top rated manufacturers throughout the world. Porcelain tiles from Italy and Spain, natural stone from Italy and Turkey and luxury vinyl tile from China. You can rest assured all our products are made with the finest virgin materials and adhere to Canadian environmental standards. 


IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Yes. Our platform is encrypted from end to end and Quick Floors will never share or sell your data with third parties. Our payment partners are PCI compliant thus providing secure transactions to our customers.


I LIVE OUTSIDE THE GREATER TORONTO AREA – CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?

We currently don’t offer free shipping outside the greater Toronto area, but we’re very happy to work with you to provide a custom shipping quote. Just email us if you’re interested in ordering from outside our free shipping area.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We stand behind our products 100%. Please see our return policy for further information.


CAN YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

We do not offer installation service, however our customer service representatives will be happy to email a list of trusted installers in your geographic area. Please email us at [email protected].

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME TILES ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If there is breakage in your order, please contact us at [email protected] and:

  •         Provide the order number from your receipt / invoice
  •         Let us know how many boxes of replacement tiles you need
  •         Provide pictures of the damaged tiles

We’ll send you replacement tiles as quickly as we can so that your project doesn't miss a step.

In the meantime, we ask that you please do not discard the broken tiles until after you've contacted us.


DO I REALLY NEED TO ADD 10% TO MY ORDER?

We want to help you avoid some of the issues that come with having to place an add-on order:

There may not be enough tiles in stock for an add-on. Because we import everything directly from Europe and around the globe, it can take up to 8 weeks to receive a replenishment shipment. We really don't want you to risk a major delay in completing your project

We run the risk the caliber and color tones will not match exactly, it’s always better to order a bit extra instead as breakage may also occur during shipping.

Adding 10% also helps in case there is a bit of breakage during installation. You'll need a bit extra during installation as some of the tile cuts at the edges of your installation will invariably result in unusable leftover pieces. Please consult with your contractor or tiler for their opinion on how much extra tile you should purchase.
